We hope all NELLCO acq/cd librarians will contribute to this blog. The blog came out of last years (2009) Interest Goup meeting as a means of disseminating information on NELLCO trials. As you evaluate a trial, come here to post your thoughts and your library's decision on the title so others can then comment. Sharing this information will help all of us better evaluate and use the NELLCO resources.
But there are so many other uses for this blog - are you cancelling a big ticket item? Considering cancelling a big ticket item? Have you made an "earth shaking" decision, such as only buying e-books? (OK, that will never happen in my lifetime!) Post it to the blog! Do you have a question and want feedback from your colleagues on a new title? How an ac/CD issue is handled at their library? Post it to the blog!
